Weekends Away
Center Parcs
Friday 26th June 2009
Review: The Ladies Night Out Club travelled to Center Parcs in Nottingham for a long weekend away. The Sherwood Forest based center offered everyone the opportunity to participate in a wealth of exciting activities or just time to chill out. A great time was had by all!
Restaurants
We select a local good quality restaurant and book a table. We try and visit a different restaurant every month and try and sample any restaurants that have recently opened. So if you like your food then come along to a Dinner with the Girls event.
Graze Restaurant

Review: When walking down Derby's restaurant quarter you can't fail to miss Graze. With its almost black interior and polished surfaces it exudes a classy atmosphere yet is down to earth and quite relaxing. (read more)

Mexico - Mexican Restaurant

Review: Mexico's menu has a comprehensive choice of Mexican dishes such as your classic burritos, enchiladas and fajitas but also offers a fish and grill menu. The choice on offer was slightly more than we anticipated. (read more)

Ladies Night Out Christmas Party 2008

The Slug and Lettuce in Derby was the venue for the 2008 Ladies Night Out Club Christmas Party!
Coffee and Catch Up
We choose one of Derby's more quieter bars to chill out and have a chat. After a busy week it's good to just relax and catch up with your friends whilst having a lazy drink and maybe a bite to eat.

New Year, New You

Walking
We have a walking event every fortnight on a Sunday. We normally venture outside in most weather and discover a different are of our beautiful countryside each fortnight. This is a great way to stay fit and get some fresh air.
Lea and Holloway Walk

There was so much to see on this enjoyable walk, which picked out many of the places associated with Florence Nightingale and her family, while exploring the lovely countryside around Lea.
Thorpe Walk

Beautiful views, one of the country's best known valleys and the famous Dovedale Stepping Stones were all included in this exhilarating walk organised the the Derby based Ladies Night Out Club!
British Heart Foundation Walk

On Sunday 1 March Tara McGarrell the Ladies Night Out Club Cooridnator took part in a 10-mile walk at Calke Abbey.
Repton Walk

The Ladies Night Out Club (Derby) walked across the Trent Valley to the pretty village of Newton Solney, returning through fields and along a quiet lane to the historic village of Repton.

The Ladies Night Out Club (Derby) took part in a popular and enjoyable walk on the edge of Derby, along quiet country lanes, through fields and woodlands, with a well preserved Hermit's Cave and views of the Cat and Fiddle Windmill.

The Ladies Night Out Club have been on numerous walks around the Derbyshire countryside taking in the beautiful sights and surroundings of Carsington Reservoir, Belper, Osmaston and Kedleston Hall.

Bowling and Pizza

The Ladies Night Out Club had a fun filled evening eating out at Pizza Hut then afterwards enjoyed Ten Pin bowling!
Book Club
The Ladies Night Out book club is an opportunity to pick up an interesting read and then get together with the girls and talk about what you thought of the book. The aim of the book club is to read a book every six weeks then meet, discuss and publish our review on the website.
