Alton Towers is the nearest theme park to Derbyshire and there is something for the whole family, with tons of amazing rides, live shows, and weird and wonderful costume characters.

New for 2010 - push your luck on Thirteen, the ultimate rollercoaster, which joins a long line of world first attractions at the Alton Towers Resort! This has been built on the site where the cork screw used to be located.
