The Odeon Cinema on the Meteor Centre in Derby is one of the three mutliplexes in Derby City. It isn't as new as the Cinema De Lux in the Westfield Centre, but it does have free parking outside and a pub nearby.
What is equally appealing about this cinema is that it has a Indian Restaurant which is run by the same people who run the Viceroy chain in Derby and Duffield.
This cinema also does Orange Wednesdays and if the club is going to see a mainstream film this will be one of the places that we go to see it.

It's been quite a while since I went to The Odeon and wasn't impressed during my previous visit. The cinema was extremely cold and the staff were unfriendly and uncooperative. Last night's visit was a complete turn around. The only downside was the high price of the drinks, which is the same at most cinemas. The cinema was comfortable and the staff were very friendly. They also have a loyalty card now, which sounds good value. I'd recommend it.
