Katie Bailey our fantastic club photographer is offering all of our members the opportunity to win a free photography session.

How to Enter

• You have to be a full paying member of the club.
• Add comments and reviews to events and locations and earn member points.
• The person with the most member points will win the prize.

The Prize

• A one hour on-location photography session within 20 miles of Derby for up to four people worth £50.
• On-line gallery for viewing the images taken, complimentary for one week.
• A mounted 7x5" print of the winners choice, framed in a 10x8" desk frame worth £50.
• Plus favourite 10 shots as digital files at social networking size worth £50.

Closing Date

The closing date for this competition is 30 September 2010.

This is visible to all full members on the right hand side of this page and is available on the right hand side of your profile every time you login. This should give you an idea of how close you are to winning this fantastic prize!

Terms and Conditions

• The photography session cannot be booked for before September 2010 and must be taken by April 2011, date to be agreed by all parties.
• It is for 1 to 4 people.
• Location to be agreed (there is no studio option available).
• All images remain under copyright of Katie Bailey Photography, under no cir[filtered word]tances are they to be reproduced, re-sold, or used in promotion without the proper licence.
• Katie Bailey Photography retains the right to use any images from the shoot in promotion or competition for Katie Bailey Photography.
• The winner agrees to inclusion of an image and news article on the Ladies Night Out Club website.
• A digital file at social networking size comes at 400x200 pix, 72 dpi and will not print, licensing terms apply.
• Other finished products will be available to purchase from the shoot and a full prise list may be requested without obligation to buy.
• Extension of the website gallery facility over the stated time would be charged at £10per week/part thereof.
• Cannot be used for Wedding Photography services.
• The prize is none transferable.
• No alternative session and finished product will be offered.
• No cash alternative is offered.
