Sage restaurant, Leicestershire is an AA Rosette awarded restaurant at Donington Manor Hotel. This beautiful restaurant, found at Donington Manor Hotel, retains many of the original features characteristic of a Grade II listed building, such as dramatic curved sash windows, ornate cornicing and ceiling and stunning chandeliers.

These combine perfectly with a backdrop of opulent decor to create an elegant and stylish dining room and we offer the warmest welcome for

Sage Head Chef, Jeff Cadden, and his team love to work with fresh, seasonal ingredients wherever possible and has come up with some great taste combinations and varied menus. Dishes are stunningly presented and are complemented by a fine selection of wines to enhance your dining experience.
