Fishy pedicure

The fish pedicure on Saturday at Appy Feet was a fun and different experience and something which I think a few of us will be trying again. The staff were really friendly and told us all about the Garra Rufa fish and what the experience gave us the health questionnnaires to fill in and got eight foot spas for us to put our feet in before we were allowed to expose our feet to the fish.
Once our feet and toes were ready for the fish we were split into two groups and put our feet into the tanks. At first it is quite ticklish and then it is like a pins and needles sensation which was quite pleasant really. I think that 15 minutes seemed like enough time and my feet felt lovely and soft afterwards and I heard similar comments from the other ladies too. I can imagine that if I fancied really treating myself then 30 minutes would give me amazingly soft feet.
