Ingleby walk

We were so lucky today on the 4.5 mile walk from Ingleby. The sun was shining and it was so nice to be out walking early on a Sunday. I managed to get some great photos and we walked through some of the best landscape in Southern Derbyshire.

The only disappointment during the walk was the area near the Anchor Church (Anchor Church is the name given to a series of caves in a sandstone outcrop) was completely flooded so we couldn't walk next to it.

The Sunday dinner at the John Thompson more than made up for it though and at £7.25 it was a reasonable price.

Join the girls for a few laughs and drinks mid week at this monthly comedy night at Vie lounge and piano bar. The show starts at 8.30pm but if you arrive at 7pm you can join the rest of the ladies for something to eat before the show.

Once a month we visit one of the many restaurants in Derby. For June we will be going to the Black Rock Grill on Sadlergate. Every Thursday evening is Ladies Night at Black Rock where you can have two courses for £14.95 or three courses for £17.95. Take a look at the ladies night menu.

Hi there I just wanted to say what a lovely time I had with Tara and Jenna at the Bluebells Spondon. It was a very relaxed afternoon with lovely chat and great food. Goodluck Tara for the new arrival at the end of the month. As soon as I get paid I am going to subscribe.
